Age Requirement

By purchasing from Enjoy & Prosper, you confirm that you are 21+ years old and legally permitted to own functional glass art.

Processing Times

Clear Products: Handmade and require up to 30 business days.

Custom or Colored Glasswork: May require up to 60 business days or more, depending on complexity.

Order Queue: All orders are completed strictly in the order they are received to ensure fairness.

If additional time is needed due to quality-control refinements or large wholesale commitments, I always include upgrades, extras, or bonuses as a thank-you for your patience.

Quality is never rushed. Every piece must meet the standard I place my name on.

Quality Standard

Every piece is individually sculpted, blown, carved, polished, and assembled by hand. Expect luxury craftsmanship, meticulous detail, and a standard far above factory production.

Payment Policy

Full payment is required at checkout.

Orders cannot be canceled, modified, or refunded once production has begun, as each piece is handcrafted for its specific collector.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines vary by location. Each item is secured in protective packaging.

Enjoy & Prosper is not responsible for carrier delays. Please inspect your order within 48 hours of arrival and report any issues promptly.

Returns & Exchanges

Due to the nature of the work, returns are not accepted.

Exchanges are available only if the product arrives damaged during transit.

Recording your unboxing is recommended for documentation purposes.

Customer Responsibility

Collectors must ensure all shipping information and order details are accurate at checkout. Packages shipped to incorrect addresses cannot be replaced.

Privacy Policy

Your personal information is used solely for communication and order fulfillment. Enjoy & Prosper never shares or sells client information.

Liability Note

Enjoy & Prosper is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages resulting from misuse of functional glass products.

How Long Is the Wait?

Thank you for choosing to collect my work — it means more than you know.

As a one-man studio, each piece requires time, focus, and intention. Clear glass takes up to 30 business days. Custom or colored glass may take 60+ business days, depending on the level of detail.

I never rush a piece, and I never release anything that isn’t perfect. If a flaw appears, I remake it. If timing extends, I always include extras or upgrades to honor your patience.

Every collector receives a piece I am genuinely proud to sign. It will always be worth the wait.

Exchanges for Damaged Shipments

If your order arrives damaged:

• Email info@enjoyandprosper.com within 48 hours.
• Include photos and your order number.
• A replacement will be arranged promptly.

ProsperCare & Service Policy

Enjoy & Prosper maintains a respectful and honest studio environment. In rare cases of abusive, fraudulent, or harmful behavior toward the brand, the right to refuse service or revoke ProsperCare coverage is reserved. This protects all collectors and ensures fairness for everyone.
